The Robin Trailblazers hiking event took place July 15th at Providence Canyon State Park. This event included a 4 mile hike, camping, and a lot of fun! There were 39 participants who attended the event. Robin Trailblazers is an outreach ministry of the Temple of the Higher Calling (Church). Its purpose is to expose the community and its members to God's awesome work of nature, while improving their health with holistic activities such as biking, hiking, meditation and prayer. The Temple of the Higher Calling is partnered with CHAC. The Coalition for a Healthy Appling County sponsors the Robin Trailblazers. Stay tuned for the next hiking event! It is scheduled to be in October and they will be hiking Stone Mountain.
