Each year Share Health awards five $1000 scholarships - three to high school students from our 16 county service area who intend to pursue a degree in a health profession, and two scholarships to Public Health employees who wish to continue their education.
Our goal is to increase the number of scholarships we award yearly and to establish a reserve fund so that this important program can continue for many years to come!
Each fall, Share Health is challenged by an anonymous donor to raise funds for our scholarship program. Our donor will match every dollar we raise by December 31, up to $5000.
